Great leaders serve and inspire those they are charged with leading.

The Marylhust University Center for Servant Leadership is devoted to serving the community by providing educational resources, training and seminars to support and encourage the development of servant leaders in businesses, institutions and other organizations.

Our goal is to enhance the development of a caring, cooperative community, one that emphasizes service and involvement, a balanced approach to life and work, and a sharing of responsibility and recognition.

We hold an annual conference offering the individual the opportunity to enhance his or her understanding of servant leadership, while building relationships with fellow servant leaders, students and professionals. Our services are designed to help you develop your servant leadership skills, whether you’re a civic or community organizer, a business manager or other professional, or a college student.

We wish to encourage lively dialog about authentic servant leadership as defined by Robert K. Greenleaf. We welcome you to our blog, and invite you to join the servant leadership conversation!
